Check in time is 4 p.m.; check out time is 10 a.m.
We do our best to accommodate your schedule. If you would like an earlier check in or a later check-out please let us know. Also, if you are planning to arrive later than 10pm, we will institute the late check in procedure.

Towels and linens may be exchanged every other day. Daily maid service is available upon request with an additional fee and prior arrangement.

All units and common areas (jacuzzi and laundry) are non smoking areas (smoking pots and chairs provided outside). Additional cleaning fees will be charged if this policy is abused.

All cabins and suites are "housekeeping" units. Empty all trash cans and wash dishes at check out or we will assume that you wish "express checkout" service for an additional $25.

Park in designated parking places only. This is particularly important on snow days to allow adequate access for the snow plows.

Contact management to empty ashes from wood burning stove. Hot embers can cause injuries to people or to the facility. You will be charged for any damages.

Reservations

Two night minimum stay, most holidays* require a three night minimum.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation transactions incur a $30 fee.
50% deposit required to reserve the unit with the balance due at check-in. This deposit is refundable with seven days notice (14 days for holidays) prior to the arrival date.
If the cancellation notice is less than seven days (14 for holidays), from the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded only if we are able to re-rent the unit.
No refunds for late arrivals or early departures.

* Thanksgiving (Thur-Sun), Friday before Christmas thru Saturday after New Years, Martin Luther King 3 day weekend, and Presidents’ Day 3 day weekend

At check in, you will be required to sign the "Dog Owner Requirements" form below. By signing this you agree to abide by the following guidelines during your stay:

Dog Owner Requirements

My dog is neutered / spayed; up to date with vaccinations and is well socialized with other dogs and with other people.

My dog will be with me and under my care at all times. My dog will not be left unattended in cabins (unless he/she is crated) and will not be tied up outside.

My dog will be on leash and under my control when outside. Mammoth Lakes has a leash law and most trails in the area require dogs to be kept on a leash.

I will clean up after my dog and dispose of waste in the dumpster.

I will notify the management of any doggie "accidents" and request special cleaning supplies.

I will assume financial responsibility for any damage caused by my dog during my stay.
